Fun week of games! Right now the AFC South looks very strong – if Beatpaths were to pick the playoff seedings as of today, we’d have three AFC South teams in the playoffs, with Jacksonville and Houston both ranked above the top AFC North team, Cincinnati. We’d also have three NFC East teams. The AFC is in general looking much stronger than the NFC at this point in the season.
The Beatpaths picks had the best record again this week, at 10-6. Isaacson-Tarbell and ITB both missed on Pittsburgh over Baltimore, so they are both 9-7. I was 1-1 on my personal picks, so I am still even with ITB for the season. The BeatPicks were only 8-5 this week, or 65-26 for the season.
Here’s the NFL Week 16 Beatpath Graph. Loops after the jump!

If you’ve got two beat loops involving Dallas from NYG, how does the NYG still have a beatwin over Dallas?
Alternate graphs are up: beatgraphs.com
All of the beatloops involving the Giants and Dallas are of the same length (3), so they all get removed at the same step; and, only one copy of an edge is removed during any one step.
